These services are intended for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only. Nothing in our programs, materials, or communications constitutes legal, financial, medical, or psychological therapy or treatment.
By using this Site or purchasing any product or service, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal authority and capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are using our services for personal, non-commercial purposes unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Our programs are designed for accomplished professionals who are approaching or navigating retirement. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual at our sole discretion.
All purchases made through our Site or offer funnels are processed via Stripe and/or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the stated amount to your designated payment method.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Golden Encore, LLC is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other fees imposed by your financial institution.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and billing information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.
Golden Encore, LLC maintains the following refund policy, which varies by product type. We encourage you to review all program details and contact us at [email protected] with any questions before purchasing.
All sales of digital products are final. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable PDFs, lead magnets, and digital worksheets. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered once access has been granted.
In the event of a technical failure or error in delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure you receive access to the product purchased.
Workshop purchases are non-refundable once access to materials or live session links has been provided. If you are unable to attend a scheduled workshop, please contact us at [email protected] prior to the event date to discuss transfer options.
For multi-week programs, Golden Encore, LLC offers a pro-rata refund for unused sessions or weeks, subject to the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before the program reaches its midpoint (i.e., before the halfway mark of total scheduled sessions or weeks).
Refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions or weeks remaining at the time the written request is received, minus any non-refundable administrative fee of $150.
No refunds will be issued for requests submitted at or after the program midpoint.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method.
Participants who are removed from a program due to violations of our conduct standards or these Terms are not eligible for a refund of any kind.
All content on this Site and within our programs — including but not limited to the Winning @ Retirement™ name and brand, the WIN Framework (Want, Intention, Navigation), the four-pillar methodology (Identity Continuity; Relevance & Mattering; Connection & Belonging; Structure & Intentional Rhythm), program materials, worksheets, written content, graphics, videos, and course materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of Golden Encore, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use program materials solely for your own personal use. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written consent.
Use our proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or brand language for commercial purposes.
Share login credentials, program access, or downloadable materials with third parties.
Create derivative works based on our proprietary content.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
Our programs include access to a peer community platform where participants can post, share, and engage with others. By contributing content to any community space associated with Winning @ Retirement™, you agree to the following:
You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or submit in community spaces.
You grant Golden Encore, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or reference your contributions within the program community for program purposes only.
You will not post content that is harmful, obscene, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
You will not share personal or confidential information about other participants outside of the community.
You will not use the community space for unsolicited promotions, spam, or commercial solicitation.
Golden Encore, LLC reserves the right — but not the obligation — to monitor, moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion. Violation of these community standards may result in immediate removal from the program and community without refund.
Participant contributions (such as reflections or written responses) may be shared for marketing or program improvement purposes only with your prior written consent.
Your use of our Site and participation in our programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information — including data collected through opt-in forms, purchases, and community participation.

Non-payment or chargebacks initiated without prior resolution attempts

Upon termination, your license to access program materials will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued for any remaining program time or unused access. Golden Encore, LLC may also pursue any additional legal remedies available for violations of these Terms.

Maintain the confidentiality of what is shared within group settings.
Refrain from recording any live sessions without express written consent.
Refrain from disruptive, harassing, or harmful behavior of any kind.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if these standards are violated.
Any testimonials, case studies, or examples featured on our Site or in our marketing materials reflect the individual experiences of past participants and are not guarantees of similar results. Individual outcomes will vary.
